If I book tickets for concert through the website, how do I get my tickets?

After paying by your credit card you will receive an email confirmation. Simply bring the printed confirmation to the concert to pick up your tickets. If you wish we can send you the tickets by post free of charge.

How do I pay for the tickets?

When booking through our website you can only pay by the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club or JCB.

Are there any additional processing fees?

No. The prices include all fees and taxes.

Can I change the concert date after my tickets are confirmed?

Yes. You can change the date free ofcharge by notifying us either by email or phone.

Can I cancel my already confirmed tickets?

No. The paid amount remains your credit and you can use it for tickets on another date of your liking.

What if the concert is cancelled?

This is extremely unlikely. However, should this be the case we will refund any booked tickets. Otherwise you will be informed as soon as possible, but it could be directly at the venue just before the beginning of the concert.

How will the seats be allocated?

The seats inside the church are not numbered so you can sit anywhere.

Is there a dress code?

No, but we kindly ask you to respect the church.

is the program always the same as given online?

We reserve the right to make changes to the program and will make them public as soon as possible, last- minute changes are very unlikely.
